What we cover in the course

In this face to face Strategic Account Planning Workshop we cover both the 'Why' of account planning, and the 'How'. 

You will learn how to apply the principles of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to Strategic Account Planning to give yourself the competitive advantage. 

Create your own repeatable Strategic Account Plan

During this workshop, you will use one of your live accounts to create a Strategic Account Plan that you can put into practice from day 1. 

Using the same principles, you can create Strategic Account Plans for all of your targeted accounts. 

The MEDDIC/MEDDICC letters that apply

When creating a Strategic Account Plan, certain letters of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC come into play at different stages of the cycle.

We will workshop these letters and how to apply them when creating your Strategic Account Plan.

Post course support

This workshop includes a virtual follow-on session 3 weeks after the initial training to go over your plan.

We provide access to online learning, templates & cheat sheets to continue on your development using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
