inspir'em was founded in 2019 by Emma Maslen.

25+ years in the technology sector, working for household names such as Sun Microsystems, BMC Software, SAP Concur & Ping Identity, Emma has extensive technology go-to-market experience in multiple geographies.

As the business has grown Emma has partnered with amazing coaches and consultants to deliver the inspir'em sales strategy, coaching and consultancy portfolio.

inspir'em operates globally, delivering sales training and leadership coaching across the UK, Europe and the US. 

The majority of the inspir'em sales trainers are ex-practitioners and revenue leaders, providing a deep understanding of how to solve the challenges that our clients are facing. Included in our team are three senior female sales coaches who are well versed in MEDDIC and all things revenue.

Partnering with Genevieve Martin

 

Genevieve is a successful sales leader with more than 25 years of experience in the technology, consulting and information security industries, working with enterprise customers and partners.

She has significant experience of the IT services market having worked for services companies and services sales within vendors, including: Logica (now CGI), Symantec (inc. Veritas), and Dell Technologies (inc. EMC, VMware, Virtustream & Pivotal).

She places considerable emphasis on coaching and empowering teams for peak performance and the adoption of effective sales processes. For more than 10 years she has been a diversity and inclusion ambassador, advocating for the business benefits of inclusion in the workplace.

She works as a consultant providing bespoke project services, coaching and mentoring in sales leadership, sales processes and services sales. She is also a board advisor for a startup business.

Genevieve holds a first class honours degree in Computing from the University of Ulster.

Jane is an experienced HR leader and coach, who is passionate about people, understands how they drive business performance and most importantly what support they need to thrive. Working at board level for 20+ years in Human Resourcing, her support of C-suite and leadership teams to achieve rapid business growth through MBO and PE investment has been a significant feature of her career to date, underpinned by leading, establishing, and growing HR teams to develop and implement the People Strategy.

Maura Lightfoot knows about people. With over 15 years of experience developing and working with global teams in 7+ countries, she has learned how to overcome cultural differences to gain influence and drive results. From human resources in the Middle East to financial services management consulting in London to nonprofit organizational culture in Washington D.C., Maura's experience equips her with a unique perspective that is both grounded and global.

Natalie joins the team at inspir’em specialising in customer success advisory, leadership coaching and people development. 

She firmly believes that people are a company’s best asset. With self-belief, confidence, and the right competencies and skills, anybody can succeed. They can grow lasting customer relationships, drive customer loyalty, and ultimately help deliver healthy business growth.

Natalie has 30+ years of experience in the technology sector working with several household names, most recently at SAP Concur, where she has spent 12 years heading up and growing customer success in EMEA.

Trained as an ECR (Emotional Capital Report) coach, she uses her experience to ensure that not only is an organisation set up for success operationally, but that the people are equipped to be successful within.

Kim enables sales leaders and the sales team with coaching, sales training (MEDDIC, 3 Whys, value based messaging) and business case enablement.  

Kim has worked with MEDDIC for the past 20+ years in such companies as Ascential Software (acquired by IBM), BMC Software, Fuze, Cybereason, and Sprinklr. He has been first-man on the ground several times when running the Nordics, DACH and Benelux, setting up roles from individual contributor, sales leader and global strategic account manager. 

Using his practical background as a motivator, Kim coaches and enables scaleup businesses on all aspects of the organisational structure. He has the ability to enter an organisation and quickly get an overview of where the gaps are, providing insights and actions that enable all teams in the organisation, from BDR to management, to deliver improvements that will elevate revenue progression, in both the short and long term.
