25+ years in the technology sector, working for household names such as Sun Microsystems, BMC Software, SAP Concur & Ping Identity, Emma has extensive technology go-to-market experience in multiple geographies.

As the business has grown Emma has partnered with amazing coaches and consultants to deliver the inspir'em portfolio.

Through inspir'em Emma and associates have developed a number of offerings to impart the skills and experience to others.

We have a number of sales trainers who are ex-practitioners and revenue leaders including a number of diverse trainers - including three senior female sales coaches - well versed in MEDDIC and all things revenue.

Partnering With Genevieve Martin

 

Genevieve is a successful sales leader with more than 25 years of experience in the technology, consulting and information security industries, working with enterprise customers and partners.

She has significant experience of the IT services market having worked for services companies and services sales within vendors, including: Logica (now CGI), Symantec (inc. Veritas), and Dell Technologies (inc. EMC, VMware, Virtustream & Pivotal).

She places considerable emphasis on coaching and empowering teams for peak performance and the adoption of effective sales processes. For more than 10 years she has been a diversity and inclusion ambassador, advocating for the business benefits of inclusion in the workplace.

She works as a consultant providing bespoke project services, coaching and mentoring in sales leadership, sales processes and services sales. She is also a board advisor for a start-up business.

Genevieve holds a first class honours degree in Computing from the University of Ulster.

Jane is an experienced HR leader and coach, who is passionate about people, understands how they drive business performance and most importantly what support they need to thrive. Working at board level for 20+ years in Human Resourcing, her support of C-suite and leadership teams to achieve rapid business growth through MBO and PE investment has been a significant feature of her career to date, underpinned by leading, establishing, and growing HR teams to develop and implement the People Strategy.

She combines her skills as a consultant, interim and coach to nurture growth with individuals or team. At the heart of her coaching practice is the ability to work with others. Jane is able to have meaningful and hard conversations that drive growth and have a lasting impact in both personal and professional lives. She is also a volunteer youth coach.

Jane is CIPD certified, a member of the Association of Coaching, Dare to Lead™ Trained and part of the Henley School for Coaching Alumni.

Irfan has more than 20 years of enterprise technology experience and a passion for building global teams that accelerate nascent technology to commercial maturity.

Recently, Irfan was a global leader for Sprinklr, an AI platform for customer experience management, where he was the Vice President Sales Strategy & Operations. His focus was on accelerating digital transformation for top-tier customers globally. His efforts contributed to Sprinklr's impressive growth, achieving a sevenfold increase in revenue to $700M, and a successful IPO in 2021 on the NYSE (CXM).

Before joining Sprinklr, Irfan led digital transformation initiatives for Cisco’s global customers, under the direction of Cisco’s CEO, where his team achieved $1 Billion of incremental revenue. He has also held leadership roles at Booz & Co across the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on technology, media, and telecommunications. In addition, Irfan has led semiconductor product innovation for several startups and established technology players in Canada, including Catena, Ciena, and Nortel Networks.
